CVARC'S DAY IN HISTORY

On a very cold, windy and snowy night in February 2015 two teachers from the Corpus Christi Catholic School named Amy Fetterhoff and Amanda Blough attended our club meeting and brought forth the idea of assisting them and their students in making contact with the ISS through the ARISS  program. From there they filled out the appropriate paperwork for one of the fifteen available US positions for the year. The club assisted them along the way and suggested making a “TeleBridge” contact. They lined up the Capitol Theater for the event. After all the “Requirements” were satisfied it was the waiting game. Then we got the news that we were lucky enough to be selected for one of the available positions! Talk about hitting the lottery!
