| BOY SCOUTS | The club assists the Boy Scouts
with demonstrations of our equipment to get the troops
interested in HAM radio and Electronics in general. |
| BUCK RIDGE BURN | Plan the club's participation
in the spring for the Buck Ridge Burn event. Work with event
sponsor to identify communication needs and stations.
Arrange for necessary HAM Operators and equipment for the
event's communication posts. No budget. |
| CHAMBERSFEST | Plan the club's participation in
the downtown Chambersburg summer festival called
Chambersfest. Arrange for booth, radio exhibits, and ham
participants. Budget as approved by membership. |
| FIELD DAY | Plan the club's Field Day event.
Arrange for contest classification, location, menus,
advertising, and public awareness activities. Budget as
approved by membership. |
